Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide FREE shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
How do you ship packages?
Our canvas prints are packaged in rigid cardboard tubes for protection in transit and are dispatched by ePacket, EMS, TNT, DHL and major postal carriers depending on the weight and size of the product.
Some packages may be shipped direct from our US distributors via USPS, or in Canada via Canada Post. Some packages maybe shipped from UK distributors via Royal Mail and some packages may be shipped from our European mainland distributors via Deutsche Post, Correos and PostNord for Scandinavia.
How long does shipping take?
Our free shipping schedule is on average 15-25 business days, however most items are delivered within roughly 2-3 weeks. Shipping time can vary by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email after your order ships that contains your tracking information.
- For some destinations due to free shipping tracking is not always available until the final leg of the journey.
- For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on our system.
- For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
What about customs?
We ship internationally, and whilst most of our customers report no duties/taxes due, your purchase may be subject to a small import duty depending on your country. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
