UPDATE: September 2020 - Most postal services and global carriers are striving to operate normal services throughout the COVID-19 situation. However, during this period there will remain a possibility that your delivery date will be delayed by a few days. There may be delays to tracking updates and packages will generally be moving through the postal system more slowly than usual.

Most postal services are dealing with unprecedented volume, whilst operating with reduced staff, reduced infrastructure and social distancing practices in place. Check with your local postal provider for COVID-19 impacts and updates to services in your region, refer to your tracking information and patiently wait for your package to be delivered during this time.

Particularly impacted postal services this month are: USPS (United States), Canada Post (Canada), Australia Post (Australia) - all these operators have issued service alerts during this time and are currently advising customers to expect delays to deliveries. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide FREE shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you upon receipt of your order.

How do you ship packages?

Our canvas prints are packaged in rigid tubes for protection of the canvas in transit and are dispatched by postal carriers worldwide. Packages in the USA may be shipped via USPS and in Canada via Canada Post. UK shipments will be shipped via Royal Mail. Deliveries across mainland Europe will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, PostNL, Correos for Spain and PostNord for Scandinavia. Our Australasia deliveries are handled via Australia Post and Singapore Post. Some orders may be shipped via DHL or TNT, depending on the weight and size of the package.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders will arrive within 15-30 Business days, depending on your location. These are our shipping schedule estimates for this month (September, 2020):

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email soon after your order ships that contains your tracking information.

  • For some destinations shipped via free shipping tracking is not always available until the final leg of the journey.
  • For some shipping companies, it may take approx 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on our system.
  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
  • For some international shipments there may be several days or weeks between tracking updates. This is absolutely normal - it can take a number of days for a package to move between postal distribution centers whilst in transit to its destination.

What about customs?

We ship internationally, and whilst most of our customers report no duties/taxes due, your purchase may be subject to a small import duty depending on your country. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
